Seasons greetings to you and may 2005 be a year of happiness, good health, and prosperity. For me, the Xmas New Year period always seems to bring out the best in many people. This time of the year is like a powerful punctuation mark in the rolling sentences and paragraphs of our lives - a pause that allows us to completely stop the on-going story of every-day work and life and hyperlink to another place of family gift-giving, re-union, relaxation, gathering with and visiting friends and thinking of people we have not seen or spoken to for some time. There is Xmas music, traditional foods and cakes, decorations, lights and general merry-making the likes of which we do not see throughout the rest of the year.
Finally, to finish my special Holiday Season blog, I herewith produce the Seasons Greeting sent to me (and all staff at my office) by our most diligent People and Performance Manager (HR), Robyn. This really tickled my fancy!
Hi Everyone,
I thought it would be a simple task to send a little missive out to say to you and yours:
