However as soon as the sentence is given, The Australian Government can apply diffrent options available under the Bilateral cooperation agreements which deals with irregular people movement and transnational crime, including drug trafficking and organised people smuggling .It also cover a wide range of issues,including extradition.This was put in place between Australia and Indonesia in 2001.It will be soon up to you Mr Howard.
