New Schapelle Blog comes on-line. Here is a letter that I eceived yesterday from another "ordinary" Australian who is unable to sit on her hands and do nothing whilst Schapelle is being literally tortured. (If the Iraqis were treated as Schapelle has been in prison and in her recent court appearances, military personnel would be getting court martialled, there would be shrieking from all and sundry about human rights and the "torturers" would be condemned as inhuman monsters. Go Angela.. make sure you visit this site and leave messages of support for Schapelle...

To the Indonesian Government - fix your judicial system people - dump your pride and let her go - do not mistake our prior concessions, patience, friendship and sympathy with weakness.
We are a strong people and we will protect our own. If you flagrantly harm one of ours much more than you have already, we will seek retribution. We don't need to make war. We can just simply turn our backs on you and you will fall over. We do have affection for the people you preside over, but there comes a time when we can no longer ignore the differences (putting it too nicely) in governance between our coutries. Make no mistake - we will draw a line in the sand if you think its acceptable to treat our people with such disregard. We have tolerated a lot over the last few years, not only from your country but from America and others. We have had reason to think about what place we want in the world. We have helped other countries stand up for themselves - going against UN rules - and if we can do it for other countries - we can do it for our own flesh and blood. FREE SCHAPELLE.
To the Judges - I will withold my judgement of you until hearing your judgement of Schapelle. I cannot trust you but I am counting on you to do what is right.
