This comment was reveived recently from "Mohamed", a muslim, who has been very active on this weblog in support of Schapelle over the last few days. Mohamed, I think that all Australians would be very pleased to see the intensity of your support and compassion for Schapelle (and the people of Australia) and we certainly will appreciate and remember any help that you and your fellow muslims can provide to us and Schapelle at this time. It is VERY heartening to me personally to read your posts and feel your support Mohamed. Thank you. I am also sure that everyone who is supporting Schapelle will have similar feelings.

and why not indonesia : 216 million people , 87 percent Muslim, is the world's largest Islamic country. Nine percent of Indonesians are Christian and two percent are Hindus.
I know Bali itself holds three million people, and 95 percent are Hindus...

1/ Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi
Egyptian-born is well known throughout the Middle East where many consider him as the champion of moderation in the Muslim world.
He lives in the Gulf state of Qatar and is a regular guest on Arab TV screens. He is also a trustee of the Oxford University Center for Islamic Studies and three of his daughters completed doctorates at British universities.
Qaradawi is also the head of the Dublin-based International Association of Muslim Scholars (IAMS).
